A Champaign County native, Madison began her real estate career at Keller Williams Realty in 2018. Over the years, she has worked both behind the scenes in real estate operations and directly with buyers and sellers, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the process from start to finish.
After becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2022, Madison joined The Gallivan Group, where she helps buyers and sellers throughout Champaign County and the surrounding communities while also serving as the team’s Listing Manager. Her experience on both the administrative and sales sides of real estate gives her a unique perspective and a strong understanding of everything that goes into a successful move. From preparing a home for the market to navigating a purchase, Madison has the experience to keep every detail on track.
Prior to joining Keller Williams, Madison worked in property management and leasing, where she gained valuable experience working with tenants, properties, and the day-to-day details of residential real estate. That background, combined with her years of experience at Keller Williams, has helped shape her organized, detail-oriented approach and commitment to clear communication with her clients.
Having grown up in Champaign County, Madison brings a genuine familiarity with the area and the communities she serves. When she’s not working, you can usually find her browsing antique shops, working on a stained glass project, or hanging out with her family and their beloved dog, Tito.
