Operations Manager
Katie Resendiz joined the Gallivan Group in 2015 and is currently the team's Operations Manager. Prior to working for the Gallivan Group, Katie received her Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2011. Katie also worked in the banking industry for 7 years before making a move to real estate in 2013. Since moving to real estate, she has acted in an administrative capacity, handling document management, client communication, social media, event planning, and general team support. Her background in banking and her degree in communication give her unique insight into how to best communicate with our clients and curate events and social media content that is tailored to the Gallivan Group and their client's needs.
Katie entered the Real Estate world to walk alongside people and provide the support and structure needed to succeed! Whether that is by guiding clients through a successful transaction or supporting the team to help them meet their goals, she finds satisfaction in helping people achieve success.
Katie is a Champaign-Urbana native and has lived most of her life in Central Illinois. Katie is a devoted wife and mother and currently lives in Urbana, IL, with her husband, three children, two dogs, and two cats - they have a very full house! In her free time, Katie enjoys making memories with her family, baking, cooking, reading, and spending time outdoors.

What I like about them is that they give us clear guidelines from preparing the house for sale to closing. They always give us accurate information we need without a lot of bla bla bla. It's very important to us as we move across states and have a lot of other things to worry about. Highly recommend!
