Julie joined Keller Williams Realty in 2021 as a Licensed Realtor and partnered with The Gallivan Group in 2022. With extensive experience representing buyers, Julie has developed a strong understanding of the home-buying process and is skilled at guiding clients through every step, from the initial search to closing.
Today, Julie works with both buyers and sellers throughout Champaign County and the surrounding communities. Her experience includes single-family homes, investment properties, new construction, and residential listings. Whether helping buyers find the right home or helping sellers prepare, market, and sell their property, Julie is committed to providing knowledgeable guidance, clear communication, and a positive real estate experience from start to finish.
Julie is from O'Fallon, Illinois, but has lived in the Champaign area for over 19 years. As such, she has a wealth of knowledge about the C-U area and enjoys sharing that knowledge with all of her buyer clients! Julie loves all things related to real estate and truly enjoys delivering an exceptional customer experience to all of her clients.
Prior to joining Keller Williams, Julie was the Director of HR & Accounting at Mettler Center for 18 years, where she established a reputation for professional integrity and loyal dedication. Julie prides herself on thorough communication and always strives to ensure she fully understands what is most important to her clients so that she can provide the best possible experience!
When not in the office or showing houses, Julie can be found playing Uber driver for her 15 year old twin daughters, trying out new recipes on friends and family, exploring festivals/ concerts/ restaurants, having dance parties with her daughters, and trying to stay upright while riding her bike.
